Last week I was having lunch with Brad who is a VP at a large, global Chicago based company. The conversation soon turned to work and Brad said he liked his job and liked his company. So everything is great, right Brad? Wrong. Despite his fortune of finding himself in the right job and company he was thinking about making a change. Why? You guessed it… he disliked just about everything about his boss. This was the fourth conversation like this I have had with a senior leader over the past two weeks. Is this an anomoly or is it harbinger of things to come as the economy rebounds and the War for Talent returns? Stay tuned.
